I am planning on growing out my current hair colour and returning to my dark blonde roots as I am currently having to dye my hair every 4 weeks as any colour fades to a brassy yellow blonde with dark roots, which is really not cute. Also it was costing me £10 a time which I know is a lot less than the salon but still, soon I am going to have to begin saving for university and it is an expense I could do without.
I figured if my hair is ombred then when my root regrowth comes through it will just look like another graduation of colour... well that's what I'm hoping. Other than that I want something to add a bit of life and interest back into my very long hair and I like the beachy look.
I purchased the wild ombre kit in shade No3 which is made for blonde to dark blonde hair. There are a lot of bits to this kit, included are:
- Instruction leaflet
- Expert brush
- Lightening powder
- Developer creme and applicator
- Lightening creme
- Conditioning shampoo
- Colourist gloves
This is the look I am hoping to achieve, bearing in mind I have never done this before so we will see how it turns out. I will post the results after it's dry!

I wish it had turned out exactly like this! I've followed you back :) xx
DeleteWell, it still looks pretty fine! I haven't tried Ombré yet as I'm quite unsure if it attacks my hair...
